Issue/Introduction

After upgrading the JRE on client systems, the "Start Console" link does not start a OneClick Console.

Environment

Component: SPCOCK

Cause

When the JRE was updated on the client system, the old JRE was removed. The jnlp files were associated to the java web start program (javaws.exe) in the old JRE install area.

Resolution

Associate jnlp files to the new java web start program (javaws.exe) in the new JRE install.
