Resolution
By default when there are Six interface reconfigurations for an interface table a minor alarm is raised. If you want to change the number of reconfigurations required to assert the minor alarm do the following: Go to Utilities > Event Configuration > search and select event 0x1001d Next from the details pane select the event rules tab. Select the Event Rate Rule and edit it. In the Event Rate window modify the Occurrences value to the desired 30. Select OK and save. From the VNM model > Information tab > Spectroserver Control sub view select Update Event Configuration.
