Monitor page of Portal v4.2.9.3 is not displayed

Issue/Introduction

Even if PORTAL_ENABLE_ANALYTICS is set to Y, nothing is displayed on the "Analytics Application" page. 


Installed Portal with PORTAL_ENABLE_ANALYTICS disabled. 
Initial setting: "PORTAL_ENABLE_ANALYTICS: n" 

After that , run "sudo ./config.sh" and set PORTAL_ENABLE_ANALYTICS is y. 

Longi in the tenant. 
"Monitor" has been added to the main page. 
Click "Monitor". 
However, nothing is displayed on the "Analytics Application" page.

Cause

This issue happens only when the analytics is disabled in the initial start-up of the portal stack, then enabled it later.

Resolution

Please enable analytics when installing Portal.
