Issue/Introduction

While trying to download a .mar file from the Portal console  in Firefox,  getting  an Undefined file message.   The downloaded file is of type 'Undefined'  and saved to   /Dowloads/undefined.  

 

Environment

All DevTest supported versions

Cause

Probably caused by an extension, theme, or plugin in Firefox. 

Resolution

  1. Switch to Chrome. 
  2. Using Chrome you are able to now download the .mar files.
  3. Rename the .mar file to a .zip file using a command prompt to view the content.
