With Sysview for Db2 is there is a way to pass the PCSSID to IUISPF

Issue/Introduction

For some reason the Sysview Performance Management Option for Db2 for z/OS (IDB2) PCSSID is not being passed when selecting a
specific Db2 subsystem when selecting IS form the panel during the upgrade to r20. The PCSSID is setup in the *SYSP member
which is concatenated to the parameters in the IDB2 task.

Resolution

When the IDB2 clist was being called there were we two versions on the INSIGHT clist.
One for the old release and one for the new release. The PCSSID for both were pointing
to the same structure old release structure. Updating the CLIST to point to the correct PCSSID.
