Automation Point - Shared PPQs not Appearing on Other AP Servers

Issue/Introduction

The client has multiple systems running PPQ on Automation Point.
The test server is unable to communicate with their two production servers. 
PPQs are shared between the production servers, without issue.
 

Resolution

The client had run a PPQ List command, before a shared queue would appear in PPQStat.bat.
They ran the PPQ List command in a REXX, on all of the systems in question, and the test queue appeared.
