Getting E15005 Login timed out when logging into WCC

Issue/Introduction

You can have following symptoms

a) After entering User credentials , we get "Timeout. Server not responding"
b) If you succeed in logging into WCC, then switching from one tab to another takes too much time to appear

Resolution

On Suse 12 and Red Hat 7 the rpm package 'rng-tools' is no longer installed by default. This package is required to generate secure cryptographic keys. You can install this package as follows

a) on Red Hat, you can use following command

yum install rng-tools

 

b) on Suse, you can use the utility

yast
