Resolution

NO,  DFSMSdss Storage Administration can not be used to convert a PDS load library to PDSE format. BSTXCOPY is the only copy utility certified to convert an Endevor related load library from a PDS to PDSE format. It will retain the Endevor footprints contained within the library.
