If an element is part of a package that has been cast; using the API how can I located the package name?

Resolution

If your site has turned on the ENHOPT PKG_ELEMENT_LOCK=(ON,Y) option in the ENCOPTBL table, one can locate the package name in the ALEM_LPKG_ID field.

If the site is not using the package element lock option, there is no way to locate the package name via the API or CSV reporting tools.
