TMSUPDTE can be used to fix ERR10's, ERR11's, and ERR39's.

ERR 10 and ERR11 control statement examples:
VOL XXXXXX,NODSN,NOCHAIN
REP VOLSEQ=0001
REP NEXTVOL=HEXZEROS 

OR

If what is above does not work use:

VOL XXXXXX,NODSN,NOCHAIN 
REP 1STVOL=HEXZEROS,NEXTVOL=HEXZEROS,PREVOL=HEXZEROS 

For ERR39's, use what is below:

VOL XXXXXX,NODSN,NOCHAIN
REP EXPDT=2019/003
REP VOLSEQ=1
