Soft Cap group capacity limit in various Sysview commands not updated after soft cap is adjusted

Issue/Introduction

We dynamically adjusted our soft cap limit (from 410 to 400) and noticed in some Sysview commands the Limit or Capacity fields are not getting updated after the change.
Commands where we have noticed this is in CPCGROUP where the overall capacity is still the old value, the CPCLPAR command where the Limit field at the top of the display still shows the old value and the SYSTEMS command where the GroupCap column still shows the old value.
The Limit field from the CPCSUM display show the correct, updated value.

Resolution

I now remembered we have the MSU-4Hour-Group-Simulate-Capacity parm in MVSDATA set to 410 MSUs so I changed it to 400, restarted MVSDATA everywhere and now the MSU group limit displays correctly in the various commands.
