Rally: How to promote a user to a subscription administrator

Issue/Introduction

How do we promote a user to a Subscription Administrator?

Resolution

The easiest way is for the existing subscription administrator to login and promote the user/users to be sub-admins.
If need be then the new sub-admin can later demote the previous one.

In order to promote a user to become a sub-admin, the existing sub-admin will log into Rally, then click the Setup Area (hammer icon immediately left of your avatar) -> Users -> search and find the user -> Edit.
Then you shall check the 'Subscription Administrator' checkbox and save the change.
