Do not run exception leads to unscheduled Task

Issue/Introduction

A Task is removed from the schedule when adding a "Do not Run" exception that extends beyond the end of the Calendar.

This message appears in universe.log after saving the Task:

Solution:

When creating or updating an exception, the years of "from" and "to" dates are now checked. If one of them is greater than the current year, we warn the user to check the calendar validity to avoid the issue.
