Rally - Viewing stories in closed projects and reassigning them

Issue/Introduction

Users are noticing that their Features and not showing 100% complete but they cannot find the stories that are still open. As an admin, I can see in the QDP that there are stories still open that are associated with a closed project. However, users cannot see these stories. What access do you need to see stories under a feature that are associated with a closed project? Also, can the stories be moved to another project and/or completed without reopening the project?

Resolution

The user must be a subscription admin to see those stories in the collection view for closed projects.
A subscription administrator can reassign the stories from the closed project to an open project from the collection view without having to open the project.
