Issue/Introduction

Getting the following error when starting the CA 7 Web Client:
 

JVMJZBL2008E Could not find or load class: org.apache.catalina.startup.Bootstrap

Environment

Release:
Component: 7

Resolution

Go to the STDENV DD and verify the catalina_home directory is pointing the correct apache-tomcat install directory. You also want to make sure the userid assigned to the CA 7 Web Client task has read/write/execute permissions to the directory.
