When installing Microsoft Visual Studio 2017 (VS2017) or Visual Studio 2019 (VS2019) for use with Gen 8.6, what options need to be selected?

Resolution

These 4 bundle options are needed when installing VS2017 or VS2019.

1. 1. .NET desktop development 
   2. Desktop development with C++ 
   3. Universal Windows Platform development 
   4. ASP.NET and web development
