Issue/Introduction



We are attempting to upgrade to XCOM 12 from XCOM 11. It appears that we have SAS/C libraries STEPLIB'd today but not sure why. Do we need to have the SAS/C libraries in the XCOM started tasks? Or when we would need them?

XCOM has not used SAS/C since release r11.x. It currently uses IBM/C.
