DCI Controller gets "IRX0013I Error running ?, line 544: Invalid character in program"

Issue/Introduction

Dynamic Capacity Intelligence 1.5 installation completed correctly and the Controller region starts fine. However, from time to time, the following errors can be found on Controller JESMSGLG: 

IRX0013I Error running ?, line 544: Invalid character in program 
IRX0040I Error running ?, line 147: Incorrect call to routine 
IRX0040I Error running ZDCC0004, line 1: Incorrect call to routine 

On ZDCRLOG there are the following errors:

544 +++ Interpret "il_key = g.ilkeys"keys 
IRX0013I Error running ?, line 544: Invalid character in program

Environment

Dynamic Capacity Intelligence 1.5

Cause

The Agent region is still using a zDC load library.
 

Resolution

Use the correct DCI loadlib in the Agent JCL.
