After their upgrading from CA View/Deliver R12.2 to R14.0, the client received a S0C1 error when starting the 14.0 SARFSS task.

Resolution
In their installation notes for View 12.2, the client had to relink the SARFSS load module.
They found that relinking the SARFSS load module was not correct for View 14.0.
The client changed their load library to reflect the correct SARFSS module, and the SARFSS started task came up successfully.
