How are pending actuals calculated for prassignment.prpendactsum?

Resolution

Pending actuals on the assignments are a summation of all the hours for the assignment on ALL open timesheets and then in prpendactsum the number of hours is multiplied for 3600 to show in minutes. This included timesheet statuses of Open, Submitted, Approved. Once the timesheets post, the pending actual amount decrements accordingly. There may be some discrepancies if the timesheet is adjusted as ETC and pending actuals may not update.
