Issue/Introduction

Trying to bring up a ENF MUF on a new lpar after running the needed install steps and it's failing with the following message:

DB13121E - DBUTLTY 'USV' XCF SUPPORT NOT AVAILABLE TO FIND MUF

Verified XCF is working just fine on the lpar and I've run the install steps for a 3rd time (AXNEW01) with same results.
XCF is defined in the AXCUSNEW job and turned on..

Cause

CAIRIM was not executed or not executed properly in all related XCF LPAR s
 
"The CCS CAIRIM member had already been updated with the PC and the lpar IPLed recently, so didn't think I needed to run the AXRIM01 member for it. Anyway, I went ahead and ran AXRIM01 then reran AXNEW01 to create new CXX dataset and now have r15 MUF up and running. "

Resolution

Run  AX15SVCR member in the INITJCL dataset against the two lpars (one with a running r15 MUF and other with issue) and noted that the RIM PC wasn't showing up on the lpar with the issue.

DB13121E - DBUTLTY 'USV' XCF SUPPORT NOT AVAILABLE TO FIND MUF The description of this message says:

- Reason: The MUF is not enabled on the same System as the executing DBUTLTY. XCF is allowed to find the MUF on other Systems but XCF is not available for CA Support.
- Action: Use the REPORT MEMORY=MVS function to see if the DBPCCPR module is properly installed for the release.
