In the DevTest Manual, the explnation is below:
Change the Java Heap Size on OS X
Browse to the LISAWorkstation.app and edit the Info.plist file.
The path is LisaHome/bin/LISAWorkstation.app/Contents/Info.plist. You can modify the Info.plist file, but your changes apply only to DevTest Workstation.
However, there is not LisaHome/bin/LISAWorkstation.app/Contents/Info.plist for DevTest installation for OS X. Where is the Info.plist file?

The Info.plist file is not in the LisaHome/bin/LISAWorkstation.app/Contents directory for DevTest.
The installation for DevTest includes the Info.plist file in the LisaHome/bin/Workstation.app/Contents directory.
If the installation directory for DevTest is the /Applications/CA/DevTest directory then the location of the Info.plist file is in /Applications/CA/DevTest/bin/Workstation.app/Contents directory.
The installation for DevTest includes the Info.plist file in the LisaHome/bin/Workstation.app/Contents directory.
If the installation directory for DevTest is the /Applications/CA/DevTest directory then the location of the Info.plist file is in /Applications/CA/DevTest/bin/Workstation.app/Contents directory.
