OPSSLGP STC Failing at start-up

Issue/Introduction
After installing and configurating the CA OPS Unix System Services and adding definitions to start OPSSLGP when the OPSMAIN address space starts, and I get the following error:
*CAINEXIT08W STEP NOT AUTHORIZED; ALREADY AUTHORIZED
In the OPSSLGP joblog you will find the message :
CEE5101C During initialization, the callable service BPX1MSS failed. The system return code was 0000000156 , the
reason code was 0B0C00FD . The application will be terminated..

Resolution
The reason code means JRSAFNoGID: The user ID is in a group that has no GID
Action: Create an OMVS segment and assign a GID to the group.
