TSSINSTX exit will not compile correctly in zOS 2.2.

Issue/Introduction

TSSINSTX exit will not compile correctly under Z/OS 2.2.  It does compile correctly under Z/OS 2.1.

Resolution

When assembling the TSSINSTX in z/OS 2.2 be sure to use the IBM macro $MODULE to expand mappings of the MVS and JES2 control blocks.
