Issue/Introduction

On checking some SLA's in iDash. I found when looking at the critical path of a SLA that even though the active window was set from 16:00 - 19:00. The SLA was only show 3 jobs in the critcal path starting at 17:30 even though there are many more jobs on the critcal path before this, that run with in the active window.

Environment

Release: iDash All
Component: 7IDASH

Resolution

The critical path is calculated with every processing cycle.
It is not a static object for iDash, and will change over time, given the relative run times of the jobs in the SLA flow. The basic calculation is to look at all of the predecessor jobs (for CA 7 purposes, this includes both predecessor dependencies and job that will trigger the job to run), and pick the one that has the latest predicted or actual run time. Then, the predecessors of that job are examined using the same criteria, and so on. This continues until a job with no predecessors is reached.
