Issue/Introduction

Errors when manually run a forecast or canned report.
- Error unmarshaling return header; nested exception is: java.io.IOException: Read timed out

Environment

CA Workload Automation DE 11.3 SP3
CA Workload Automation Desktop Client 11.3 SP3

Cause

When a forecast report generation takes more than a minute, it gets timed out with the following error message:

Error unmarshaling return header;
nested exception is:
java.io.IOException: Read timed out

 

Resolution

This issue is fixed in later Desktop Client 11.3 SP3 Build 1359 and higher.
