Issue/Introduction
KB000023771 shows how to implement session numbering on the TPX menu.
This was implemented successfully at cust. Now cust wants to use Invisible=Y
sessions on some menus but these Invisible sessions are not 'skipped' when
the TPX menu is built. One example cust provided is a menu with sessions
1 3 4 5 6 7 (session 2 would have Invisible=Y on session definition).

Resolution
Cust explained: The problem of Invisible sessions was resolved ordering all
sessions and placing the Invisible sessions at the end (of the TPX menu).
