Issue/Introduction

I have been involved administering CA-Disk for about 20 years now. I have never received the the informational 4220 message. I now have a co-worker learning what I do and how I do it with CA-Disk. However when he executes a batch archive job he receives the 4220 informational message. Any chance I can get some insight as to why this happens. I have been looking at and comparing RACF profiles for us both and haven't found any particular differences. I am not sure what else to look at. Any help would be appreciated.

The Msg 4220 goes waaaaay back to April 2004, release 9.0.2, and later April 2008 in r12.0.
  
This is in regards to CA Disk Sysparm: SMSSTGAD
default: STGADMIN.DMS.STGADMIN
Desc: Specify the FACILITY resource class profile name used to determine if a user is a storage administrator.
  
The reason is to show whether the run is under the control of this Sysparm for HIPPA audit purposes.
