Devices and/or interfaces do not appear to be syncing between Data Aggregator and NetOps Portal

Issue/Introduction

I have devices showing up in the NetOps Portal that have been removed from the DA and I have devices showing up in the Monitored devices but not showing up when searched for in the DA. 

Devices on Data Aggregator (DA) are not in NetOps Portal.

Interfaces on Data Aggregator (DA) are not in NetOps Portal.

Discover has missing interfaces

Resolution

Run a full sync of the Data Aggregator go to Administration -> Data Sources -> Data Sources -> Highlight the Data Aggregator and hit the Resync button. Then in the dialog check the box for "Perform a Full Resynchronization" and hit the Resync button.
