SuperDomain not showing after migration to z/OS 2.3 and SYSVIEW

Issue/Introduction
We are running Sysview 14.2, Cross Enterprise Agent 10.5, and Sysview CA-APM 14.2.
We use three host names (hera, hera.gig, and hera.gig1) that all point to the same IP address to display these DB2 subsystem metrics: DB2 z/OS Subsystems\|D***\|Workload:Current Threads DB2 z/OS Subsystems\|D***\|Workload:Current DBAT Threads DB2 z/OS Subsystems\|D***\|Locks:Deadlocks DB2 z/OS Subsystems\|D***\|Locks:Escalations DB2 z/OS Subsystems\|D***\|Locks:Timeouts Prior to our migration to z/OS 2.3, when we would be displaying a metric (e.g., Current DBAT Threads) for a particular subsystem, we would see a total of three component boxes checked ... *SuperDomain* (hera) ..., *SuperDomain* (hera.gig) ..., and *SuperDomain* (hera.gig1).
After our z/OS 2.3 upgrade we're no longer seeing *SuperDomain* (hera.gig) . Only the other two are showing.

1. Our /usr/lpp/cai/apm/C7C4A50/Cross-Enterprise_APM_Dynamic.properties config file shows all DB2 subsystems ... SYSVDB2.subsystem.name.list=DPR1,DPFD,DPRA,DPRG,DPRW,DPMR,DQA1,DQT1,DSY1,DT01.
2. SYSVIEW z/OS 2.3 compatibility maintenance and a contention fix (ST01170) were applied prior to our production migration to z/OS 2.3: RO93130 RO94366 RO94450 RO94675 RO95583 RO95602 RO96077 RO96119 RO96363 RO96546 RO96717 RO9684 RO96874 RO97791 RO97975

The specified CA SYSVIEW for DB2 IQL request is not currently running.
This request must be available and running before metric data can be retrieved from the associated DB2 subsystem.
