Issue/Introduction
While working on a certain case I noticed that the beginning of msg text for
RMSY0214 is not what both DocOps and online help say (for releases 12.1
and 12.2):
The issued message says RMSY0214 SYNCHRONIZE ATTEMPT
REJECTED while our doc says RMSY0214 MULTI-SYSTEM LINK
ATTEMPT REJECTED.

R12.1 PTF is SO06680. R12.2 PTF is to be announced. DocOps for
R12.1 and R12.2 is to be amended as well.
