Issue/Introduction
How can I change the SNMP profile on multiple devices without updating them manually?
Environment
CAPM 3.x
Resolution
1. Edit s discovery profile
2. Under the "SNMP" tab check the "Use specific list of assigned SNMP profiles" check box
3. Move over the relevant SNMP profile to the "Assigned SNMP profiles" column. Leave all other profiles under the "Available SNMP profiles" column
4. Save the discovery profile and rerun the discovery against the relevant IP addresses
Assuming the SNMP profile has valid credentials or community string the SNMP profile on the IP(s) in question should update

Additional Information
The SNMP Profile Discovery Task code will scan the list of SNMP profiles to discover and if it contains the device's current SNMP profile, it will set to true and try that profile first. If it's still valid, it continues to use it.
