CL_EXT scripts cannot be opened with UVC if using Node Variables

Issue/Introduction

When using Node Variable like for example TEST=path_to_some_text_file
If you create a CL_EXT Uproc, and define the Command Line  with %TEST% (or $TEST/${TEST}).
And you click Edit, you get a popup with the error message:

External script couldn't be found (make sure the file is accessible from the node where this Uproc resides).

Environment

Dollar Universe 6 with CL_EXT uprocs

Cause

CL_EXT scripts could not be opened with UVC if using a node setting variable, a node variable or an environment variable in the script path.

Resolution

Solution: Update to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.
