Environment

CA PIM 12.8 SP1

CA PAMSC 14.0/14.1

Cause

Resolution

Stop all PIM processes and unload kernel module, and stop other processes or kernel modules that consume memory, and retry to start PIM after a while.
Reboot server if it cannot resolve the problem.
