What access is needed to view Posted Transaction Review under Home->Financial Management in Clarity?

Resolution

Grant the following instance right:

- Instance (Page - View) - Posted Transaction Review (Page ID is cop.finTransactionReview)

Note: Also ensure the user already has Instance (Portlet) - View rights to the Posted Transaction Review portlet.
