DUAS AS400: U_JOBNAME_UPROC set to Y generates Jobs in status Aborted

Issue/Introduction

The variable  U_JOBNAME_UPROC is not taken into account. When it is set to Y the Uproc goes to status Aborted and doesn't retrieve its Job Log.

Error messages in universe.log:

Environment

Dollar Universe 6 on AS400 / OS/400

Cause

Problem introduced on Dollar Universe 6.4.x 

Resolution

The workaround consists in setting the Uproc Name in the Uproc variable UXJOB on each Uproc.

Solution: 
Upgrade to a fix version listed below or a newer version if available.

Fix version: Dollar Universe 6.9.23
