Issue/Introduction

Since Client Automation's Infrastructure Deployment Wizard has to talk to a machine without an agent installed on it, it needs more ports open than an installed agent.

What are the ports required before and after deploying the ITCM agent from Infrastructure Deployment Wizard ?

Below are the ports required to open bidirectional: 

Ports used by Deployment Wizard for Installation:

7 TCP 

135 TCP

20/21 TCP (FTP) 

22 TCP (SSH) 

23 TCP (Telnet) 

4104 UDP (CAM) 

4105 TCP (CAM) 

7163 TCP (CA Connection Broker Service) 

445   TCP & UDP File Share Ports.

 

Ports used by ITCM agent after Installation:

4104 UDP (CAM) 

4105 TCP (CAM) 

4728 TCP (Port Multiplexer/Agent Trigger) 

7163 TCP (CA Connection Broker Service)
