Why I cannot see all the inventory information for the computers under DSM Explorer?

Issue/Introduction

Most of the advanced inventory items are not visible in the DSM Explorer, we can see Filesystem, System status and Additional only. Sometimes, some of the Basic Inventory items are visible again and suddenly they disappear again with no apparent reason.

Why I cannot see all the inventory information for the computers under DSM Explorer?

Resolution

Running the following command on the Domain Manager computer should solve the problem:

ccnfcmda -cmd SetParameterValue -ps itrm/manager/engine -pn DoUpdateInsert -v 1
