Issue/Introduction
Does this new PTF 10 -- Java zfs have to be setup on each LPAR we are running SYSV or will the one LPAR monitor the entire plex?

Are you running in a shared ZFS environment?
If it is the case you can have one shared ZFS with file system mounted in the following manner:
Mount the file system by customizing one of the following samples to your site requirements:
For a zFS, use the following sample: MOUNT FILESYSTEM('your_zFS_data_set_name') MOUNTPOINT('yourUSSpaxdirectory') TYPE(ZFS) MODE(RDWR) PARM(AGGRGROW)
