Upgrade of 2E to 8.7 completed but cant get into the models getting message HLL Generator programs not found in library list

Issue/Introduction

We upgraded from 8.6 to 8.7 but after upgrade we are getting the following messages in joblog when when to access the models:

HLL Generator programs not found in library list. Cause . . . : No HLL generator programs were found in the library list. Recovery . . .: Either (i) Add a library containing HLL generator programs to the library list, or (ii) Install the HLL generator programs in the base product library Y2SY.

The models can't be accessed.

Environment

CA 2E 8.7

Cause

The reason for the Y2E0080 message is that the client has not installed the Y2SYRPG or Y2SYCBL library.
Or perhaps it was restored but it is not in his library list.

Resolution

The resolution is either merge these libraries back into Y2SY or use YEDTLIBLST on all models to add these libraries.
