Issue/Introduction

The startup of CEMELDAP terminates the CEMESRVR address, and an ABEND=S0C4 U0000 REASON=00000010 occurs.

Environment

CEM 6.0

Cause

In this particular scenerio the abend and termination of the CEMESRVR when the CEMELDAP task was started was due to the CEMEDBU database userID being suspended.

Resolution

The reset of the CEMEDBU database userID corrected the abend condition and termination of the CEMESRVR task upon startup of the CEMELDAP task.
