Issue/Introduction

NCM captures return the following error:

SPC-OCC-10746: The operation failed. SPC-NCM-20007: Capture Running Script Returned Error [-1073741515]

Cause

SRAdmin cache is corrupt.

Resolution

Stop and restart the Spectrum Remote Admin (SRAdmin) service.
 

On Windows, open the Windows Services panel, and restart the "Spectrum Remote Admin" service.
On Linux, navigate to the SRAdmin install area (/sw/SPECTRUM/SRAdmin) and run:
sradmin stop
sradmin start
