PIM(EP) All: How to get all operation log

Issue/Introduction

Can PIM record operation of application or OS?
For example, start/stop on services, update on TaskManager or so.

PIM does not trace behavior of application or OS but intercept some API for security event.
So, PIM cannot record operation of application or OS as functional and in audit log.
