Resolution

new licenses supplied

Try removing the old licenses first by running
1. CLRPFM FILE(YLUSLIB/YLICTBLP)
2. CLRPFM FILE(YLUSLIB/YLICREGP) then
3. Apply new codes: YGRTLICAUT and then use YDSPLICPRD to check the license keys.
