Issue/Introduction

Where do we get the rpm packages to install the latest robot versions?

Environment

  • Release: Any
  • Component: UIMRBR

Resolution

The new RPM update for the various Linux distributions (including zSystem/zLinux) is called robot_rpm, and is available in the archive.  If you do not see the latest version, right-click in the Archive and choose "Refresh."

You should download the robot_rpm package, and deploy this package to the Primary hub, and it will update the rpm packages you find in the %NIMROOT%\install\setup folder. (e.g. C:\Program Files (x86)\Nimsoft\install\setup\).

You can get the rpm packages from this folder and distribute them to the needed machines for robot installation.

The same approach also applies to the "nimldr" installer and "install-LINUX*" packages.
