Issue/Introduction

How to update the CA Business Service Insight Organization Name via the BSI UI?

Environment

CA Business Service Insight 8.3.x and 9.x

Resolution

1. Login to the BSI UI using

UserID = sadmin

Password = sadmin

Organization = INTERNAL. 

2. Navigate to Administration --> User management --> Organizations page
3. Add the desired Organization in the Organization page. 
4. Now edit /create the user from the Administration --> User management --> Users page, mapping the newly added organization.
