Some sections are not reported on batch report BTSTATR1

SYSVIEW Performance Management Option for DB2 for z/OS
Issue/Introduction
The question is why some sections are not reported?
Environmental info is: z/OS 2.1 and DB2 12.1M500.
Actually it's SYSPLEX environment but the product is installed only one member subsystem at this time.
When the customer run batch reports, one is Omegamon Statistics Trace Long and other is IDB2 BTSTATR1.
On Omegamon, there are SQL DML section, RID LIST PROCESSING section, DATA SHARING LOCKING section and some other but BTSTATR1 does not reported similar section like SQL DML, RID LIST STATISTICS, GLOBAL LOCKS.

increased region from 4096k to 0M PTF with the new messages will be eventually released (even for R19). But most likely not this year.
