Issue/Introduction

In CA IT Asset Manager, where are the Data Importer logs located on the server?

Environment

Release:  17.1 or higher
Component:   CA IT Asset Manager

Resolution

The logs you see when clicking on Import Jobs - View Logs are located in C:\Program Files (x86)\CA\ITAM\Data Importer Engine\logs.  In multi-tier environments, the logs should be present on the application server.
