Can 12.1 OMWBV have a Viewed Reports indicator like 11.5?

Issue/Introduction

Web Viewer does not change the color or appearance of a ReportID in the report list after it's been viewed or change the appearance of an action item once that action was selected for a particular report since going to version 12.1 Web Viewer. These things did occur in 11.5 Web Viewer.

Question: " Is it possible to change the current CA Web Viewer application to indicate a report has been viewed? The prior version would change the color of the link so a user knew it had been viewed. The current version doesn’t do this”.

Resolution

The new architecture of the rewritten application (having gone from C code to Java) prohibits us from doing this in 12.1 Web Viewer. Specifically, we can't do that in Web Viewer 12.1 due to WCOM.
