Jasper integrated with Spectrum
Possible cause could be the system time on the Jasper server and the OneClick server are not in sync. The Jasper and OneClick machine need to be within 1 minute of each other. To verify, enable the RESTful Web Services debugging in the OneClick Administration -> Debugging -> Web Server Debug Page (Runtime) page. While the debugging is enabled, launch the Spectrum Overview dashboard in Jasper. Look for the following error in the catalina.out file (Linux) or stdout.log file (Windows):
Dec 14, 2018 09:00:45.548 (http-bio-8080-exec-22) (RESTfulWebServices) - (ERROR) - BasicJasperAuth Error : Token found in the request header is expired spectrum;1544824671677SRM Server time: 1544796045548Jasper Server Time: 1544824671677Time difference: -28626129
Note the difference in the server times.
Ensure the times on the Jasper and OneClick servers are within 1 minute of each other.
